Yes, it's new, it's shiny, it's blue. While upgrading my drupal-installation, I skipped through some themes and liked this one better than the old one. I also found the news-aggregator feature of drupal and maybe you'll see some more blogs like sntinmoabeat's appearing on the right hand side soon. In addition, everone can post comments again without my aproval. I hope the spam-fighting plugin for drupal will prevent advertise-comments.
